Keyword question

I've read a great number of threads regarding using Overture, Wordtracker, etc to find the best keywords. My question is this: do you want a keyword that has a high count or medium count?

To put it in context. I run an investment website that is focused on options, primarily on covered calls. With Overture, a search for 'covered call' returns the following results:

    5076 covered call
    644 covered call option
    317 writing covered call
    81 selling covered call
    80 covered call strategy
    56 covered call etf
    49 covered call calculator
    48 leap covered call
    41 stock for covered call
40 how to write covered call
    38 covered call fund
    36 covered call trading
    31 best covered call
    30 covered call definition
    28 covered call pick
    27 covered call option trading
27 how to sell covered call
    27 covered call writing strategy

    A search for 'options' returns:

    189597 option trading
    51996 option
    39351 stock option
    11747 call option
    ... and a ton more ...

My site deals with both 'covered calls' and 'options'. Which keyword is better for me to focus on.

Bear in mind, the site is virtually new, with a 0 ranking with Google. I'm only beginning to submit to directories.

    Thanks in advance.

All relative keywords you possiblty can that still makes sense to the surfer, and if they don't make sense, insert the keywords in to a title and arrange them so they make sense and your key phrase is intact. :)
