    Keyword punctuation basically means the use of various punctuation marks or special character SEO technique.
    Keyword weight is amount of keywords used with relation to the total number of words used in the entire web page.
    Yup, both are quite helpful in SEO.

    searchers don't use punctuation marks when performing a search so you shouldn't target them in your seo efforts.
