Keyword Position Tracker Not Working?

    The Keyword Position Tracker doesn't seem to be working for me.

    I keep getting this error:

    What's the reason for this?

    Several people were reporting issues earlier - have you tried it again? It seems to be working now.

    My keyword tracker user id is almost as old as DP user ID... it was working fine till recently..don't know what has happened now.

    I am able to login but now able to run any queries.
