Since no one here is likely going to have access to the back-end of Google, Yahoo, or MSN, I'd first say that you are out of luck in knowing the real truth. Second, I'd say that it shouldn't matter anyways, since meta tags are having less impact on search engines as time goes on (especially with Google, some could argue that Yahoo and MSN are taking different routes, but that's a long story) Last, I'd say if you were really concerned about it, put all of your most important keywords first and follow them by the less important keywords. Also, make sure not to keyword stuff your meta tags. And of course, you could also run some controlled tests if you were so inclined. But I don't believe the benefit outweighs the time you'd have to put into that. Best of luck!
