Keyword Popularity Tool (Urgent)

Please can you help me with keyword popularity tools?
I search for a tool that give me the number of results at Google for many keywords. Its important for a research that i am doing, i need to know for many keywords (+ 3000) the results (number of sites) that google gives for each of them. I have searched but i can't succeed to find something.
