    would it be fine to put keywords which are not found in your content but in general it describes or points to the keywords?

    - another is if the keywords such as "outsource , outsourcing" would not be considered as redundant keywords?

    It doesn't matter. The keyword tracker will track ranking from Google. So if you want to track it, then put it in.
