Hey guys, I need some help from you. I have a site where I write about self help techniques, treatments and news about depression, anxiety and stress. I did some keyword research and found that depression is the most searched out of the 3, stress being at last. Now, would you guys suggest just concentrating on depression? or should I continue and write about the three disorders in the same site? Thanks in advance..

Depending on competitiveness I would likely go for the latter. Stress. Ironically they say stress leads to both anxiety and depression:confused:

Thats right, excessive stress causes anxiety and depression...I dont know which one would be more competitive, the thing I know is that depression is the keyword being searched the most compared to anxiety and stress.

Use as much keywords on the subject as you can, don't count on somthing and forget another, and make your title with all the keywords required this should help too.

I would keep writing lots of content on all 3 as there are lexically (not sure whether that is a real word) related i.e. highly relevent quality artilces about depression will also probably mention stress and anxiety. Therefore the words will reinforce the relevancy for each other.
