keyword management software?

    I am trying an experiment to buy google adwords clicks at low prices. somewhat working but i'm not getting many clicks, so I need to use many keywords and MANY adgroups. the idea is if I can get 1 click per adgroup per day, and have 1000 adgroupings, i will be getting 1000 low cost clicks per day.

    problem is setting up and managing that many adgroups. is there any software that can help do this? preferably something that can take a canned ad text and a list of keywords, create and submit the ads in bulk.

    anything like this exist? price doesn't matter.

    Have you tried the Google Adwords editor. It is a windows app that does what you are asking.
