Keyword Jumbler

    i viewed a video on youtube and it mentioned a keyword jumbler...
    it provided this link http://www.keyword-toolkit.com/keyword-jumbler/ ... no it doesnt work .. and i try looking up keyword jumbler on google but anything that says they have a keyword jumbler leads to the google adwords toolkit... which doesnt do what i want...

    anyone know where to get one of these??

    basically anything that will take a phrase and rearrange it into hundreds of keywords???
