Keyword issues for ads

    Hey guys, sorry if this isn't relevant to this topic, but as a newb under 10 posts I'm kind of limited where I can post. Anyway,
    The index of my page http://www.buying-a-mobile-phone.com/ has irrelivant ads, yet every single other part of my site
    ( http://www.buying-a-mobile-phone.com/motorola-q9h/ for example ).
    Anyone know if I have to edit some sort of keywords in the code for the index to be fixed? Thanks

    You have to add more related content and wait for some time.

    Yeah thats what everyone keeps saying...but I cant add any more content on the front page...theres 10x more phone related things on the index than any other page, and every other page has relevant ads.
