    It should be memorable especially if you do off line advertising.
    I have sites with and without keywords in the url,
    it has helped yes, but what about branding?

    Having your targeted keyword in the domain might and will help you a little bit, but it's not the only factor for ranking websites within Google search engine..

    Actually it will give your website more power in: MSN/Live & Yahoo than Google - based on my own tests ;)
