i would like to know if i put some keyword phrases instead of the main keyword in the link anchor text (when exchanging links) , will it be good ?

Eg if the keyword i am targetting is Panda , and if i put "panda health" in some anchor text .. (NS : Consider also that i am tagetting only one keyword , which is Panda , and not Panda health)

Will the Google consider my site as being a site on Panda or Panda health ? will the keyword phrase be taken as another word ? OR will i get a boost on SERP because the keyword phrase has my the keyword i am targetting in it?

I need some good help from SEO pros ;)

    thx lots

Using "panda health" has the advantage of targetting 2 keyphrases instead of 1 - "panda" and "panda health"

It is absolutely vital to include your important keywords in your link anchor text. But if you are using "Panda Health" as the anchor text your website should say something about Pada Heath (Do not fool your visitors). Istead you can use something like "Discover Pandas" or "Life of Pandas" etc.

In regards to relevance you need to have "Panda" or anything related to Panda in the text - which will no doubts be determined by SEs! Like bears or something...

Yes I agree with Sunny Side He is totally right. The name of your link should have something in common with your key words and content of your site
