keyword in domain but it's .info domain

    I have a confusion with domain name selection
    example
    I have purchased abc.info domain where abc is my targeted keyword. So can you please said me would it be effect on seo process?

    Keyword / keyphase on your domain name will always helpful for SEO. Use the hyphen as separator for your "Keyphase".

    yes you are right but I selected .info domain. so I wan to know that .info is batter or .com is batter for seo process

    This is a hotly debated subject, but the general consensus that I have researched is that the extension does not matter to Google. The most important thing is to have your primary keyword in the domain name. Other marketers have reported that they have used the .info extension with great success.

    Through my experiences, extension doesnt seem to have an effect on my sites rankings.

    i have never tried to rank a .info domain so i wouldn't know if it is easier to rank than a .com. however, depending on what you are doing, for example, if you are creating a website for an offline business, then a .com is more professional.

    As far as SEO, i have never seen a .info domain rank on the first page of Google, but this does not mean that it is not possible.

    I don't think it would matter if it was a .info domain. Just make sure you do the SEO properly and enjoy the high rankings.
