keyword in artical

Hi,

I am writing an article of 200 to 300 words on a subject "article writing" .

I have used the keyword "article writing" 8 to 10 times in my article, is it right for search engine?

Just don't try.
The phrase should be 'article writing', not 'artical' and you mean 'is it right' not 'write'.
Find somewhere you can submit stuff in your own language - this can only end in tears.

I think it's better use word to make your article as it will check your spelling and make them correct.
