Is adding a keyword phrase to a style attribute can benefit our site? How?

What you're asking about Woogley, could work. I haven't honestly done much testing, but my first hunch is, google accounts for this in their algorithm. I don't think you'll be punished for it, but I don't think it will be the factor that helps you nail the #1 spot either. Give it a shot, and see how it goes.

If you are talking about CSS the using your keywords in this will not make any good for your site.CSS is used to have a good look and feel for your site,for example font ,images etc and the positions.Its effective as per SEO perspective if you use CSS.
