    Use Google adwords keyword tool to check the keywords which are being placed/resulted in a specific webpage. Even the tools shows you the keywords suggestions.

    keywords are specific for a web page but you have choose long tail keywords to get good backlinks.

    Have you heard of spybot which is a system that help you track the website you want with the keywords they target.
    Beside that you can use alexa to check what is those url target top keywords and it free.
