You should do your own keyword research. Use the Adwords Keyword Tool, make sure to set it to display "adult" keywords (this is set under "Filter my results").

You can use keywords detected by keyword research tools. That is what these tools are for. Try to use tools like Market Samurai for this. Or you can also use online keyword research tools like SEMRUSH, KeywordCompetitor.com etc.

Market Samurai is WAY better than a free keyword tool. It costs but is worth it if you are truly invested. Free keyword tracker, Google Adwords tool, etc. (all the free tools) are only good for so much and limited in what they really tell you. I don't use them ever anymore but if I did, it would likely only be to get an idea of words for a blog post or something...not for good kw research. If you can't afford it, then go free but get it as soon as you can afford it, you're kw research will be SO much better.

Also consider things like Google Trend tools, etc.

For keywords the first thing is to have a good knowledge of your business, you should be aware that on which keyword people will search for your product, this suggest that you know your niche market. After then only you can do proper analysis of your competitor's keyword analysis.
