Keyword Help Urgent!

    Hey guys, i have got a medical and dental discussion forum.
    Online since few months, but i am getting very low traffic from search engines.
    I want my forum to gain a better PR and excellent traffic.
    For this i need help on my forum KEYWORDS.
    I am not really able to understand which keywords to use.
    Please help me!

    sorry to tell you, but you did no keyword optimization.

    nobody on the web is searching for "Dentocafe - powered by vBulletin"!!!

    people search on dental and medical issues, so you keywords must focus on those issues. For example: dental practisec, or dental help, etc...

    Your site has a page rank of zero.So google will not take advantage of any of your keyword.
    Your medical and dental discussion forum is just like any web page,you have to promote it and gather 500 to thousands of backlinks to get google page rank of 5 and thousands of visitors will start coming to your site.
    But achieving page rank of 5 is a long work of submiting links here submiting links there (to high and medium page rank site)although you use links submitter or not is practically very
    boring.So it depends upon you.You can check your website page rank here mipagerank.com
    yourbest keyword to use especially in title is - medical and dental discussion forum
