Keyword grouping for PPC

Does anyone know of a program or tool that I can use to help me group my keywords for PPC?

I'll have a list of say 10,000 keywords and I would like to be able to group them all by "this term" and "that term".

Anyone know of a tool to do this for me? Preferably free :)

    Thanks,

To be honest it is better you group the Keywords manually. Yes it is time consuming but I guarantee you will get better results. Remember when you are grouping your keywords into ad groups/campaigns think about the ad copy that you are going to write as well. The keyword/theme must be in your copy this is part of quality score criteria including your landing page.

Download Google Adwords Editor. It's a free tool and it will do this.

(to find it, google >download adwords editor)

Magda is right you can use Adwords editor. Trust me doing it the old fashion will build your skills on creating effective ad groups big time.
