Put your keyword(s) into your URL, into the title, description and keywords meta tags, into the H headers and, of course, into your content.
i want to earn more $$$ from my adsense using high paying keywords, so how can i use keywords? and where should i put it?
Ohh! I get it then dude you had to create content according to your NICHE! plus setup a seperate website for any Niche you want. That can give you best, infact by placing high paid keyword dont give anything to you Now it all works with nature of your site content
Your content has to be about your keyword. You can't simply place keywords in unrelated content. For example if your keyword is "auto insurance", write a number of articles about auto insurance - how to buy it, how to understand it, how to get discounts, how to avoid rate increases, etc. Then make sure your page titles and subtitles (H1 and H2 tags) have the words "auto insurance" in them, you should use the keyword in image ALT tags, in page META DESCRIPTION tags, in URLs, in links to your pages, and in links from other sites you may own.
As has been said already there's no AdSense settings for saying what sort of ads you want, that said you can give guidance. Most obvious is use standard SEO techniques to optimise the page ads are on, AdSense pretty much uses the same sort of on page variables as Google search does (title, headers, anchor text etc...). Also use the targeted AdSense code (how to do this detailed here http://www.morearnings.com/2007/12/25/targeting-adsense-ads/) to suggest to AdSense what content you want to be considered first when they determine relevant ads. The idea is to surround your highly optimised content with the targeted AdSense code so AdSense is more likely to use it than say irrelevant menus, footers etc... I've used this coding on my WordPress AdSense themes, but haven't noticed much difference since the way I coded the themes already meant there was less relevance to menus and footers etc... than body content. For example on the menu there's no headers, normally a WordPress theme will use a H2 header for highlighting categories, links etc... So on my sites the main body content holds the majority of the on page SEO (headers, alt text text etc...), but if you have a site template that isn't as well optimised you might find the targeted AdSense code helps with targeting ads to your main content. You can't put any keywords into your AdSense account, just because this is not the way things are working. You should put those keywords into your page's HTML code (from your website's cPanel or blog's account); I think you should learn a bit more about HTML (there are many HTML tutorials on the net) an then insert the keywords exactly where I told you - domain (URL), title tag, H headers, etc.
lol, how can we add keyword to our acc adsense? the first thing u should create a domain relevant with your content. For example, quickloan.com.\ Then use add the keyword to the meta tag and finally add keywords to your content. For instance, write the title page with your keyword (eg: how to get quick loan??) or you can add keyword on heading <h1>,<h2>, etc. try to read Newbie Adsense Ebook on my sign below to know more about adsense tips
Hmm, has anyone tested the effects of meta tags on AdSense ads? Meta tags are useless for Google ranking purposes, (description can be used in a search result, but it isn't used in the actual ranking algorythm) so would assume the same for AdSense, but not tested it. Since the keywords meta tag is useless when it comes to Google rankings, if it is used for AdSense you could use it to target AdSense better. Time for a test I guess David Law
place those keywords between <!-- google_ad_section_start --> and <!-- google_ad_section_end --> in your pages. It is possible to be penalized by Google if you put between those tags keywords that are not really related to your content.
