i did a test run with market samurai; must say its features are quite useful. havent used the other one though.
Market Samurai is a better choice, and there are lot of people who have had a good experience with it already. Haven't heard much about Keyword Elite, though.
As most others have said, Market Samurai is great. I have analyzed it against Keyword Elite, Wordtracker, Micro Niche Finder, and others and will not spend any more time researching different tools. It does everything I need and you can try it out with no obligation by taking advantage of their free trial!
Market Samurai is better, but I don't use either of team. I have Keyword Elite, but I don't use it. I don't focus on keywords anymore because they are not needed to run a successful online business. They are only needed if you are focused on getting high Google Rankings, which I have learned to avoid wasting time on through experience.
I use market samurai and it is really a blessing Never used any other KW tool. In fact, I never needed to use any other tools for that purpose after purchasing MS. Their support is fantastic, frequent updates, features other than KW research, What else you need?

I have experience with both of KE 2.0 and Market Samurai. Both pieces of software have their pluses and minuses (as with all software), but KE 2.0 is great for the PPC side of things, and Market Samurai is good for the SEO side of things at this time.
I like MArket samurai too. Especially the rank tracker feature but at the last few weeks it shows me crazy numbers. Does anyone experience it? f.ex: 60 backlinks (last week was 1900) PR0 (last week was PR3) etc.
