Keyword domain or sub domain hack question ...

    Would like to know, keyword domain or sub domain hack domain will bring any benefit for seo and which one will bring more benefit ? keyword or sub ?
    for example i have : HEAL.MY
    heal.my and i created a sub domain www.SonnyCooL.heal.my/heart, will it bring benefit ? or keyword www.sonnycoolhealmyheart.com will bring more benefit it term of SEO n SERP ?

    or sonnycool.heal.my and sonnycoolhealmy.com ...

    I think what your trying to do is use your domain name to help your results in your quest for higher rankings?
    Try these techniques.

    I would check these places for seo help that is uptodate.

    3.entireweb.com/newsletter/archive/
