    Domain with high search/high CPC keyword for sale - funnygooglemaps.com

    There are over 8000 seaches per month for this keyword, with a CPC of $6!

    Hardly any sites are optimized for this term so getting on the first page or even first place should be very easy. The domain is registered until end of December so plenty of time to build and rank a site. I bought the domain with the intention of building and ranking a site but haven't got around to it, so hopefully someone else can take this on.
