will u please help me to know what is keyword density ?

 

Keyword density means how many times your keyword appears in 100 words of articles. Keyword density of 3-4 % is best for on page SEO, always keep that keyword density to avoid blacklisting by search engines..

Keyword density can be defined as the No. of times a certain keyword appears on the webpage divided by the total no. of words on that page.

For example: If a webpage has 100 words, and you use a certain keyword for three times in the web page content. The keyword density on that page can be calculated as: (3/100)*100= 3 %

Generally, the amount of keyword density is upto 1-3 % depending on the length of your content. Over stuffing of keyword can put your website into spam as search engine considers it spamming.
