Keyword Density

I think it better to user from 3% to 7% not over that avg.

 

I do not think keyword density is very important. I like to put my keywords in the title tag and the h1 tag, and then mention them a few times in the body text. I dont think you need to worry about a particular density though.

 

It should be better to have less than 7% keyword density..

 

It should be between 2% to 5%. Keyword density also play vital role in your website.

 

For the main keyword, 2% to 3% will give good results. With lots of related keys at low percentage rates the results are impressive.
