Keyword Density Assistance

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if somebody could help me optimize one or two pages of my website so I can get a better idea of how to do it.

I wrote a "how to section" for my website that explains how it works.

I have been using the following tool to check keyword density:

This page seems to have high percentages, even though the page reads great to me.

Do you think this page is overoptimized?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

It is bad enough all seo specialists have a different opinion of what the optimal keyword densities should be
