Keyword competition

What is the best program for finding relevant keywords, keyword competition, and which keywords would be good to go for and which ones would not. Also if you can recommend any other useful SEO programs.

Yah google keywords tool is great, but i dont think we can get, websites' competition for a particular keyword there, its just advertisers' competition. I use Market Samurai
