I'm using Joomla for my site and I wonder how to set keywords for my site. If I don't put anything on default keyword and description boxes, my home page keyword and description are empty. If I put some keywords and description on that box, it is not much relevant to different pages. What to do? What needs to be modified?
You can try putting them in manually for each page, but that would require some knowledge of PHP and HTML. If I were you I would just put the main keywords in through the joomla admin panel, and then just optimize your individual pages using the other available resources for each page, like your Titles and keyword content/density. That should allow you to rank well for all the keywords that you are looking to rank for and your home page will also rank well for the keywords you set in the joomla admin. Good Luck
