Let me just ask a question first. Which keyword would you like to change, in metas or in content? If it's in metas, then, yes you can change that as well as in content but it has also an effect on your rankings.

You can change it in Wordpress. But you have to make sure it fits your article content. 'Coz CREDASYS right, it can affect your PR. To make sure you have the right keyword without changing the optimized content of your blog, you can use the SEO pressor. It will give you guides on how to optimize more. If it's score reaches 100%, there is a bigger possibility that you can rank 1 in Search Engine Sites.

What do you call "my keyword for my blog" ?

The idea is about optimizing for a certain keyword. Let say your site is optimized for "make money" . Your site will be ranked according to google's (lets think google as the standard search engine) secret criteria (about 200+ algorithm). There will be other site that will be competing with you. There site will be optimized for "make money" as well. Google will list all the sites optimized for "make money" and will rank the most relevant one first then second and so on.

To be more specific google ranks each page and not the whole site actually. The domain might hold some credibility. But the optimization is based on individual pages. your site might be optimized for more than one keyword. Actually if there was no site in the world your site would have ranked no 1 on each word that you have on your page.

So if you want to rank on certain keyword you have to optimize your site accordingly. Read google's SEO starter guide for you start learning about SEO.
