keyword buyers...

Hey guys I got a question for all you domain buyers that buy long tail keywords.

lets say the key phrase is: "make me my dinner" - Example only (not what I am looking at.

But lets say that that phrase is searched 1700 times a month.

Now if you owned www.makememydinner.com how many clicks would you get on average from type in?

I know it would vary but i have found a domain with these stats and I'm just wondering if it would be worth purchasing.

register it somewhere you can taste it, e.g. at moniker.com and you will get an idea for just the ICANN fee
it's quite hard to find anything free for reg that gets natural traffic, unless it's a new niche

 

a standard number back in the day used to be 10% but those days have gone, ppl nowadys use google / yahoo...

if it an old domain see if its ranking for any terms ur looking at and then you might have an estimate...

 

just to re-iterate, dont fall in the trap of buying domains just because they have good OVT scores.. unless the name itself is markatable and short ans seo friendly

 

unless it has good ovt with extension
