Keyword bids verses adgroup bids

    If you have a keyword bid set greater than the default max CPC bid of the adgroup, does the keyword bid overrule the max CPC bid for the adgroup?

    Yep, the keyword bid would take precedent over the adgroup CPC for that keyword.

    In the same way a keyword destination url will do the same over an ad level url aswell.
