This situation also happened to us. I think the main reason is that the pages of the two URL have similar content, especially the same keyword, similar keyword count and destiny.

Well, its mean you are focusing at 1 keyword for multiple URLs , make sure that the design and the content of both pages should be unique and different so that Google consider both pages as a separate pages and it will rank your both pages in search results ..........

This is an activity when you want to focus at some or few keywords for all or multiple pages of a single site .........

    Let me know

Exactly, make both different unless you mean why is the CC directing from you hompage - it may be that cc is your homepage but you are directing links to the URl without cc.

It's quite dangerous, imho. You should try reconsidering your keywords and focusing on targeting only 1 page.

Yes, having truly unique content on both URLs would be the best approach.

In my opinion targeting the one url with the one KW is probably best. A slight variation on the other page might work IE a long tailed KW

Having different and unique content for each site may be better. But, I think its the redirect problem to your home page. So, check out for on page analysis.

Yes it's reason is page content and it's meta tags. It may be the content is same for both pages and it's meta tags is very similar. Search engine mind synonymous words. For example debt relief order and debt settlement order is same for search engine. If you made different pages for each keyword then it may happen on search results. I hope it will help you to solve that problem what you have told through this post. Thanks.

Keywords are the search terms that people enter into search engines. Your rankings are based on the relevance of your page to those keywords, as well as your website's overall authority on the web. Your site should be optimized to help search engines identify your site as relevant to specific keywords.

If you have same keyword for 2 different URL's, make sure that the content and design is unique. Even if you will rank for 1 URL, Google will automatically reward you with ranking of the other URL above or below the 1st URL.
