KeyboardsMidi.com: $110,000 Estibot Appraisal :)

I like to play around with Estibot.com appraisals, but this one's really whacked.

    KeyboardsMidi.com: $110,000:
    http://estibot.com/results.php?domai...rds midi.com

However, the domain IS worth something.
~ The exact phrase gets an adword search volume of 90,000...
(the proper phrase, "Midi Keyboards" gets just 9,000).
~ Google adword traffic estimation: 22 - 27 (exact phrase).
~ Google search returns for exact phrase: 220,000.

I'm aware that Estibot is hit or miss. What I'm trying to establish is value based on the Google Adword stats. Thanks for your thoughts.

That's a too high value in my opinion.
Not much traffic, don't know. You will develop it?

jackio, the estibot appraisal is ridiculously high.

I'm just trying to get a feel for value, based on the Adword stats I posted,
    not estibot.
