    Hello.
I was needing to know what the rules are on using the same title, key words
and descriptions on all 5 pages of my web site.

Are there problems or penalty's for this?

    Thanks for any feedback.

    Understood.
I do plan on changing it up a bit. (I am just looking at the most destructive case
    scenarios).
What about the same titles, key words and descriptions on
two of my different sites, that pertain to a similar niche?

    Thanks.

As far as i know and have much experience, google will not penalize your website in any case while you are using same title, description or keywords tag on all 5 pages.

but it will prevent you to get higher ranking in google if there is high competition otherwise no problem dear..........

The keywords mostly relate to the content of different pages hence you can use same titles and keywords but some variation will be good like you can use couple of phrases and long tail keywords depending on the relevancy of the content.

If your site only has 5 pages then simply take the time to create original titles and good descriptive descriptions for your pages - you can't beat just getting down and doing it! In any case, it might take you longer to check this thread than it would be to create the unique descriptions in the first place!

    Hello,

As per view and my depth-in knowledge about entire search engine optimization that

IF you can use different meta tags on every page then it should go with algorithm of search engines due to that

your inner pages will get ranking fast and easily due to inner pages ranking your index page ranking will be increase fast and easily.

So many advantage of meta tags, so try to use them with different variation and on different pages.

if you want to use same meta tags on you all pages of you website then there is no chance of keyword density. so as per my view and knowledge you can go through different meta tags which gives multiple indexing chance to entire website.

I don't know why you would like to use the same title, key words and descriptions for 5 pages. It is not a good practice in SEO, just use some variants of your main keywords instead. Google would like this. :)

I assume that by "meta tags" you are referring to:
    title, keywords and description.
Am I correct, or am I missing out on something even greater?

    Hi,

TITLE - not a meta tag - but HUGELY important for Google SEO

DESCRIPTION - meta tag - has some limited importance to Google SEO

KEYWORDS - meta tag - little evidence that it does anything for Google SEO however worth keeping just in case

    Regards,

    Colin.
