Key-Word-Domain.com with 12,000 searches per month

    I found a keyword domain, but it has "-"s in between all the words, but the keyword phrase gets 12,000 searches on google per month.

    The domain is like Key-Word-Domain.com.

    How much is it worth?

    It would help when getting ranked for that keyword, but you would still have to do some work on it to get the traffic. i.e. you need to create a good site and get back links.

    Say "weight loss diet" gets 12,000 searches a month, the domain is weight-loss-diet.com
