    E-mailed key@digitalpoint.com on 12/23/2004, got a reply to my
    delivery receipt request saying it had been forwarded to a gmail
    account.... No response.

    E-mailed key/billing/support@digitalpoint.com on 12/27/2004, got a
    reply to my delivery receipt request saying it had been forwarded
    to a gmail account.... No response.

    Shawn, your key people really have been less than stellar as of
    late.
