Key Request

    Hi Shawn, everyone:

I've sent 3 e-mails over the past 3 weeks requesting an update
to our key, with no response whatsoever. I'm reasonably certain
I'm not blocking any incoming e-mails (as I don't run spam checking
on my personal account), so I am wondering if there is some other
issue, or these are just lost in the ether.

If you could have someone check and get back to me, I'd
    appreciate it.

    Thanks,
    Tom

Hmmm... I don't see anything in the queue. Did you just need a copy of it?

No, I need the name updated. Honestly, I've sent mails 3
times with *no* response, otherwise, I'd not bother you
    with it.

I have also sent in multiple requests for a Key.

We are a new customer looking for a new key, these are the dates:

    Aug. 28, Sep. 4, Sep. 8, Sep. 17

I have never gotten a response, I think it would be nice to at least have an autoresponder that indicates receipt of the email.

Company name changes should go to (is that where you sent the original ones)?

No, I sent them to -- it would splendid if your key folks responded to the e-mails saying you need to ask billing... or simply forwarded the message. I'll send it right now to
