    I have the same problem. We having been trying for more than a month to purchase new licenses. We have sent and email to each all the digitalpoint.com email. We having even tried faxing and have not received an answer.

    Okay, I found it and forwarded it to sales. For future, is the key distribution system (only for outgoing keys), not orders.
