Key file to change company name or add a second co.

We are looking at changing our company name and/or adding a company name to our license. I have called and sent an email. What steps do I need to take now?

Is there a cost for adding a second company to our existing license? If so, what is it?

Do you still provide a key file for the trial version? If so, how do we get that?
We are looking at using a different company name for just a few of our hosting customers and the trial version would be enough for that.

    Thanks

An additional company is $1,000 (if you have 1 company on your existing license). You can get a 100 user key by emailing your company info to

    Shawn,
I have sent the emails four times and have called and left messages repeatedly including the credit card info.
Please get this taken care of.

What was the subject of the email? I'll do a search to try and locate it specifically.

    They have been:
    "Key file" on 10/12/2006
    "Company name change" on 10/9/2006
"Key file for name change" on 10/5/2006
    "Name change" on 9/29/2006
"Company name change" on 9/28 and 9/26/2006

They were all sent to billing@ with some also going to key@ and shawn@...

I have also left multiple messages on your answering machine with the credit card info.

You have stated repeatedly that when you stop developing Optigold, you would release it into the public domain. Since you have apparently stopped development and are not supporting the product, be true to your word and at least release the ability to change the key file into the public domain.
I have called repeatedly and sent over a dozen emails requesting a key file change. But as you can tell that has not happened.
If you do no want the $100 for changing the key, at least give users the ability to change it ourselves.
For reading this forum, I am not the only one that is being held hostage by your lack of attention to Optigold.

I think I found it... let me know if you didn't get your updated key. Optigold development didn't stop, but even if it did, where do you see me saying we were going to release the source?
