Selling kekkaishi.tv domain + unfinished content (complete layout) wordpress CMS

I'm selling this website because i've simply lost interest in completing it, i've been busy with work and have more important projects underway. as many of you are well aware - .TV domains cost $40 to buy - this was purchased last month and i've only actually completed a small portion of the website. Its a very, very, very nice domain if i do say so my self.

If you're wondering what kekkaishi is, search google. Its an anime series that until recently was only subbed (japanese dubbed) now its in the process of being dubbed for us english folk. it airs weekly on adult swim and according to google, gets a little over 300k searches per month (results from adsense keyword tool). what you do with this website is completely up to you - but my recommendations are to throw your adsense on it and sign up for loudmo. you can see my links currently on the page - both adsense and loudmo (flv direct streaming video record software - PPI affiliate program)

This website would be good for someone that has added streaming videos to similar websites. If you do not know what you're doing you should probably just stay away from it. Otherwise i would be willing to show you where to find the other 50ish subbed streaming videos.
