KEI and KOI value?

    Hello,

    I just started analyzing some long tail keywords and i would like to know your opinion about these two parameters: KEI and KOI.
    What is considered to be a good KEI ( keyword effectiveness index ) value?
    What about the KOI (keyword opportunity index) ? What value is considered to be a good one when talking about KOI?

    Keywords are not so important like web content these days.
