Keeping yourself safe with large digital transactions?

Are there any tips for receiving lots of money (say $10,000) online to pay for a digital product? For example, if I were to sell my website for that much, get the 10k, and then they want to do a paypal chargeback after I've given them all the content, is there a way to protect myself? Maybe Escrow or something similar?

Escrow is exactly what you want to use for high priced transactions.

Yes, don't use paypal, use Escrow.
