    Hi Everyone.

I thought this general chat forum will be best to ask this.

Wanted to know if anyone has experience with some software to keep the track of employees working offshore ?

Would like to keep a track of when they come for work ?
For how long they work ?
If they are missing in between for more than 20 minutes ?

    Any ideas will be appreciated.

    Thanks

As a dedicated slacker posting this from work, I urge you not to use such software if it does exist ;)

Simple hardware issue really, ball and chain + admincam... ;)

Seriously though, having recently spent time looking at different scheduling apps, it can be a frustrating task evaluating them.

One I looked at but didn't install, as it wasn't on par with what I needed, was called OrangeHRM. While I don't know if it even comes close to what you need it is open source IIRC.

    Hope that helps.

Have several webcams that you can view around the office. This will keep them in line. As far as software goes, I think Kronos offers some pretty killer apps if you are willing to pay for them.
