If you own or run a website and want people to come back time and time again why not think about adding online games to your website? People of all ages love playing games and when they play games on your site that = a longer stay on your site which could equal more sales $$$, retuning visitors and attract more visitors. There are thousands of arcade sites that offer embed codes so you can add games to your site and our site is one of them www.GamesPond.net. It's easy to add the games to your pages also. And very easy to add them to your blog or myspace. Just go to www.GamesPond.net pick a game and copy the code under "Add This Online Game to Site Or Myspace " Then when you create a new page or blog post(which ever) just paste the code into your html. The game will then be on YOUR site making it look cool, be cool and keep vistors comming back for more. feel free to add as many games to your site as you like. And if you really want a game that you like and we dont have please feel free to ask us to put it on our site for the code. regards, Waza
I am not sure how you can make money from your second time visitors, while they are busy and enjoying the games. In fact, I think ads and affiliate links are distracting them and they hate it. I have a couple of online friends who have online games and are complaining because of that. Not unless, your online game is a paid service or you're selling ad space.
Yes I said could equal more sales...of course you can make money from your second time visitors???Why not. I visit a site 2 or 3 times before i make a purchase. But here is an example of what i mean. I go to a web site to buy say clothes, maybe a really cool tshirt. I check out all the cool shirts and add one to my cart. After the purchase you could have something like this. "Thank you for purchasing please feel free to play these free online games (with a few thumbs of the game pics linking to those games that can be played on your site.)" I would more than likely play a game or two(take my mind of the money i just spent on the tshirt) and i would probably add the site to my favorites and return to the website to play the games or make another purchase. Or your not selling anything at all and made a site just for affilaite programs for adsense or others. People love the games and if you have games they enjoy they will come back, and prob click on an ad or 2. Of course its not going to suite everyones site though GuardianAngle.
If you're going to apply your example above, then that is a better idea. But if you hope that 2nd time visitors will prob click ads after playing the game, I don't think so. It's a very rare chance, I think. Why would they do that, anyway? Please be reminded that visitors click ads because they need them, or they did not see what they need on a page so they transferred to another, which happens to be your ads. It is not a reward, or a giving back gratitude for a nice blog. Plus, if your returning visitors will frequently click your ads, then Google will most likely see them as click fraud. You don't click ads on your favorite blogs, do you? If you don't, then don't expect your 2nd time visitors to do the same. But if you do and frequently, then I suggest you to stop it. Just my 2 cents.
most of the serious peoples don't like games. i too don't like games. adding games will makes our site to take time to load.
