I spend more than 12 hours online so how to keep healthy while I still can finish my job? Is there any special activities for such kind of person like me?

I usually do a bit of gardening or walk to the shops to get a paper or something like that.

Thanks all for your kind advice.

Today after reading your advice, I turned off the computer and went out. I realized that there were so many children going out today and finally I was informed that today is National Children Day! In fact, you cannot see what is going on out there if you keep your eyes open to the computer everyday.
Once again, thanks you for all of your advice and have a nice weekend!

If you're spending 12 hours a day straight on the computer, you definitely could benefit from a break! Even if it's just a 30 minute walk, your body and mind will be much better off. Getting away from the computer will give your brain a rest from what you are working on, and you will most likely be more productive when you return. I really think that you will be a lot less likely to "burn out" if you make sure to get away a little each day!

Eating healthy is always a start, there are many exercise routines you can do in your own home such as bodyweight exercises like burpees.

    Skipping, or get a treadmill.

Just go for a run all you need is a good pair of trainers.
