keep getting infractions

Ok, i see that i can't post any message type like

"sent you a pm , im interested"

The funny thing is i received an infraction but i see many other users without a red card with such messages, why am i the one sanctioned?

 

They will receive intractions, they arent public.

 

You can't see anybody else's "red card" but your own. You won't know if they got an infraction unless they tell you.
