With posts like this coming down, maybe it's time there was a rule here that if you're going to post photos here, or hotlink to them, they should be safe for work? I'm sure lots of us log in from work and lots of employers have pretty strict policies against viewing nudity/violence on work hardware/time. What do you all think. This would in no way be censorship, just post a link to the pictures instead of the pictures themselves.
Nude pictures, etc should be linked and the picture itself not shown on the forums. I have grandkids running around right now (or most days they are here) and when they come in here (very nice to them and will let them actually use the computer, help them, etc) So I hate to open any site or here in the forum, and up pops a nude pic! Not family friendly. Mods should delete those as they crop up, and it should be a very strong rule, no more pictures on the forum, just links. Same with language.
Did you already forget that if you wish for something in this forum, you might actually end up with it???? hah
Back the original question... the only *real* way to do that would be to pre-moderate every post (and every post edit), which isn't terribly practical. If people run across something they think shouldn't belong, the best thing to so is report it so a mod/admin can look at it.
I agree.... just thought maybe there should be a "stuff must be safe for work" clause in the FAQ/Rules (with a definition of what that means). That'd make it easier to decide what's ok and what's not and it'd make it easier to enforce.
members can take heed themselves and post links instead of "disturbing" pictures. and other members can report a post so a mod can change it. pretty practical if you ask me.
Heh, Maybe I want to end up with 'it' If you look half as sexy nekkid as you do in your cow suit, then it's sex wee's all round.
