    Yes keeping the genuine followers on the list matters rather than only the numbers.
    Exposure yields the result the same way influencers will be able to get new followers and this indeed increases your visibility.
    The more visible you are the more will be the likes on the tweets.

    Yeah, it is better to have say 1000 quite active followers, than 100,000 un-active followers. :D
