Keep Articles on my Website or submit to Article Directories?

    Use the original article on your site, and then spin it, with software like "the best spinner" and use the copies for backlinks, or additional traffic in the article directories, and other places. I do it all the time, and they always pass copyscape. You can buy copyscape checks for five cents each, and they are well worth it.

    if its a good article and well optimize and you think it would give a big boost to your site place it in your site content but if you need back links more on content submit it to article directories.

    Post on your site first then submit to the directories. You do want it
    to be indexed on your site first.

    It's just syndication of your articles.

    Do both! BUT let the content on your site mature a while before you post to the directories, so google can find it on your blog.
