    Why am I Selling? I actually have a decent collection of websites and unfortunately, kayaking is not something I am particularly interested in. I found the keyword, saw it was easy to rank and well... Jumped on it. The problem being that I actually have quite a few websites, 90% of which are subjects I am interested in.

    What it comes with? All content, which is 100% UNIQUE. Nothing is copied in anyway whatsoever. I will also provide you with the 10 keywords I have been targeted the site at which it is beginning to rank for. These 10 keywords come to a total of 4500 US Exact Searches. The bulk of this is made up from the main keyword "Cheap Kayaks" which is in the domain. Currently, the site is ranking around page 2 for this term. It gets 1300 exact searches a month in the US. You'll obviously get the site and domain as well.

    Traffic? Revenue? Traffic is little... I'm talking 10 uniques a day which isn't great... BUT it's traffic and nearly all of this is organic. The rest is from stumbleupon and similar sites. Revenue, well... It's hard to make money off these 10. But like I've said, there's the potential to rank for a total of 4500 searches and that's just the 10 keywords I've selected.

    How much then? What are you willing to pay for it? At the end of the day, it's worth what someone is willing to pay? Right? So throw an offer at me, try not to insult me and we'll take it from there. Just think of the time I've put in and the fact that it will save you time as you've got a site ready made to get promoting.

    PLEASE NOTE: This site HAS NOT been blacklisted by Google. Many people selling sites are trying to off load them because they've been screwed over by Google. Take a look... The site is still in Google and still ranking for some terms.

    Do you have a BIN in mind? Kayaking is something I do on the weekends so I was kicking around the idea of starting up a site anyway.
